THE LEGENDS WAX CANVAS COAT
WEATHER RESISTANT + WOOL LINED

Legends are created not born. Legends are meaningful - passed on generation after generation. This heirloom-quality coat is constructed with the silhouette of Ginew's Wax Canvas Rider Coat and inspired by co-founder Amanda Bruegl's grandfather and early Harley Davidson® motorcycle club jackets. The rider coat pays homage to him, who commuted weekly from the Mohican Indian Reservation to weld for Harley Davidson® during the 1950's and 1960's. When you wear it, you are wearing a coat built to honor a life and his characteristics and values: Resilience,  Bravery, Honesty, Dedication + Toughness. 

The Legends coat is made of 10.10 oz. Army Duck wax canvas, WYETH wool-cotton blend lining woven in nature-inspired colors by Pendleton® with custom quilted satin sleeve lining. You'll also find custom Ginew hardware and it features a modern fit with two front side pockets and two front chest pockets. Each coat is sourced and constructed in the USA. 

Modifications from numerous Wisconsin moto-club jackets of the past era have been incorporated into one coat. We slimmed the sides, lengthened the back, and extended the arms. The wax canvas material has been made for the US military by the same family for seven generations. We dare you... go ahead and try to wear it out.
